Configuring HuntVPN in a DD-WRT router

Start by logging in to the dd-wrt web interface in your web browser. The default location is http://192.168.1.1
Make sure you have the MEGA build of the dd-wrt firmware installed, other builds do not have VPN support. The build version is listed in the top right, example:

- Click on Services in the navigation menu at the top
- Then click on VPN
- Under OpenVPN Client select the option Enable
Configuring the OpenVPN Client


- Open the vpn.txt file with a text-editor like notepad.
- Copy the Host into the Server IP/Name field.
- Copy the Port into the Port field.
- Select the Protocol listed in the Tunnel Protocol field.
- Select AES-256-CBC as the Encryption Cipher field.
- Next, open the file ca.crt and copy its contents into the CA field.
- Open the file cert.crt and copy its contents into the Public Client Cert field.
- Open the file private.key and copy its contents into the Private Client Key field.
